 Payment system:

The reservation has been completed correctly and the apartment or house is blocked for you. As soon as possible within our working hours, we will contact & tell you the payment system. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of the down payment for wich you will receive a receipt from Finques Frigola.

 Rental conditions


Season rentals.- These properties are >for rental soley for holidays as a second home purposes. It is not >permitted to live in the apartments or villas on a permanent basis.

Price.- Water, electricity, >gas and local garbage costs are not included in the rental price and will >be deducted from deposit. The garbage is included in the water bill.

Booking.- All bookings are >confirmed once the first payment of 30% is recieved. We will give you >instructions of how to make this payment.The remaining >amounts are to be paid before 1st of June that year these dates of which >will be specified on your contract.

Deposit.- The deposit is paid in euros >on arrival and on collection of the keys. At the end of season any damages >cleaning and the above items will be reduced from this amount once the >owner has seen the property and agrees to do so. The property should be >returned in the same condition it was found

Rest of the price .- The payment terms will be agreed with the agency, however all payments must be made before June 1.

Your arrival.-Your apartment will be available from 16:00Hrs 01/06/2018.(Should you arrive on sunday or a bank holiday, please arrive beore 14:00Hrs)

Departure.- Your apartment/villa should be vacated at 10:00Hrs 30/09/2018.

Cleaning.- You will find the apartment clean on arrival.Please leave it this way on departure. If this is not the case you will be charged for extra cleaning (this amount will be deducted from your deposit).

Capacity.- 4 people ,Under no circumstances can the property exceed the maximum capacity noted on you confirmation or description.

Apartments&Villas.- You will find the property clean and equipped with bed linen. NO TOWELS. The kitchen will have basic utensils. Should your gas bottle run out during your stay, the agency will pay the replacement bottle but we do not deliver.

Domestic Animals.- No animals are permitted unless otherwise stated.

Beaches.-The agency will not be held responsible for any beaches or accesses closed by the local authority.


- Theft or injury to any client during their stay in any of our properties.

- Noise from building works, bars,restaurants, mopeds or neighbours.

- A delay in repairing household electrical goods due to the lack of co operation on behalf of the manufactures.

- Water, electricity or gas cuts out of our control.
