House in Llafranc designed by Joan Pericot.

This magnificent house was designed by the Joan Pericot and Baca architecture studio. Joan Pericot, discovered Calella in 1931, when Mr Martí handed him the project of renewing the 'Marineda' estate. From that moment on, Joan Pericot's style is very present in emblematic places such as the Canadell beach walkway, also designed by him, the Saint Pere church's plaza, as well as many other houses and hotels, that are up to the this date contemporary constructions, that preserve all their beauty.
